Liquiflo's ENDURA® AB-Series is our Patented Air-Barrier Centrifugal Pump. This innovative revolutionary design was the recipient of the 1995 Vaaler Award. The ENDURA® AB can run dry indefinitely and handles solids - something no other pump in the industry can do.

The AB (air-barrier) combines the best features of a standard sealed pump with that of a mag-drive pump, while eliminating the drawbacks commonly associated with these designs. This patented design makes the ENDURA® AB unlike any other pump in the industry.

How It Works
A gas seal isolates the process fluid from the bearings within a mag-drive pump. The benefit of this design is that the ENDURA® AB does not rely on the pumpage for lubrication. This allows the use of standard, greased-for-life ball bearings, instead of the common sleeve bearings found in all other magnetically driven pumps.

The magnetically coupled or mag-drive pump is the best method for handling toxic, noxious, crystallizing, or most other hazardous liquids since it completely contains the pumpage by isolating the drive shaft inside the pump housing. With no dynamic seal to leak or replace, the maintenance issues associated with seal leakage are eliminated. All Endura centrifugal pumps are available with magnetic drive.

Replacement Module
The Endura Module is a complete wet-end mag-drive pump assembly less the volute. A module replacement is recommended when a quick turn-around is essential for plant operation.		 Base Plate Mounting
Liquiflo Endura pumps are available with base-mounts to simplify installation. Liquiflo also offers base-mounts with or without the motor pre-installed.
Power Frame
The Endura pumps can be long-coupled to the motor using the Power Frame option.		 Gas Regulating Panel
The Liquiflo Gas Panel is used to provide a metered and regulated flow of inert gas from the supply source to the gas seal of the AB pump. The main components of the panel are a low-pressure regulator and filter unit (left), a flow meter (center) and optional pressure-activated motor switch (right).
Accessories & Spare Parts
Mechanical couplings, coupling guards, risers, base plates, adapters, brackets, impellers and all other individual pump components can be purchased separately.
